Ringsoft Designs specialize in, as you would expect, designing websites.
There are several other aspects to setting up your website, the most important of which are site hosting and domain name registration, which we deliberately do not actively market as our key services. However, if you are looking for a complete package, we are happy to undertake these other tasks on your behalf.
If you are unsure about which aspects you would like to do yourself, and which you would like us to do for you, rest assured, we can guide and advise.
We can provide standard HTML based sites (such as this one), or sites with more animation and interaction using Macromedia Flash, which has become the most widely accepted medium for vector graphics on the web. See the portfolio page for examples.
You will also hear a lot of talk about internet marketing and search engine placement. Clearly these are also essential aspects of any internet strategy, and again we provide consultation services related to this, and can actively help in this area, but the crucial point is that website marketing should be viewed as an ongoing task.
We can also advise on internet advertising programs such as Google Adwords or Overture; these can provide a cost effective way of getting good exposure for your site.
Some internet marketeers might suggest that once your site has good search engine placement, the job's done. Not so. Search engine rankings change regularly. Don't be fooled into thinking that good search engine placement today will guarantee lots of traffic all year long. It won't. Again, we can advise how best to approach this issue.
Enough negativity. The last thing we want to do is put you off. We just want to be sure you come in with your eyes open.
When you ask us to design your website, we can do as much or as little as you want. We can incorporate your own existing graphics style, or create a new one. We can use your existing copy, or write from scratch.
